Thank you so much Linda and Gary.  We have had an amazing 3 night break with the family.  It has been relaxing and fun.  The tent has been very comfortable and warm, despite the cool wet weather.  Shower was great too.  We would recommend The Hind, Musbury for a good Sunday Roast.  

A glorious week full of quality family time – just what we needed.  Our children loved feeding the animals with Gary, pizza night, choosing books from the Honesty Shop library, toasting marshmallows and plenty of time running around the field! We enjoyed visiting Lyme Regis beach – the sandy end great for swimming/paddling! Charmouth beach great for finding sea glass and fossils.  Just need to decide which week to come back again next year!  Thank you, Gary and Linda, – the loveliest hosts, see you next year.  

Had a lovely, relaxing 4 night stay in April 2021.  We enjoyed the delicious pizza, the great hot shower, and all the lovely little touches like the toiletries, flowers and the plentiful supply of solar lamps and candles.  Peaceful, relaxing break – just was we needed!  

We have had the most incredible stay.  The care and attention which has gone into the tent is amazing – and these things do not happen by accident!  The smells from the soaps provided are divine, down to the hot water bottles being provided (life saver at night).  We enjoyed a awesome flying lesson at Exeter airport (a hit for 15 year old boys) and rib riding in Lyme Regis.  Gary and Linda have built a a bit of paradise here and our favourite part of all was sitting on the deck and marvelling at it.  Thank you so much.  

The Pheasant has been amazing.  We loved feeding and stroking the sheep and sleeping in the hut!  Thank you, Alice.  We have had a fab time in Pheasant!  The shower is amazing, the shower gel smells incredible and is lush.  We are so sad to leave ☹.  

Had a lovely stay, thanks very much, the tent was so cosy whilst it was lashing rain outside!  The shop was really well stocked, we didn’t bring any food and were very well catered for.  Pizza on Monday was perfect.  Thanks again, I’m sure we will be back.

We loved living ‘Ye ole country life’.  The night sky and the stars are beautiful, from getting the logs for the fire each morning to feeding the farm animals.  The view and doing everything ourselves was great fun and made a great birthday outing for Emma.  We really hope to come again next year.  We loved pizza night with the extra cheese, the food was really fresh.  Staying here made us feel really calm and peace within ourselves.  Glamping was a once in a lifetime experience (hopefully not).  The tent is cosy and warm, the view beautiful. 

Despite the rain and wind we had an unforgettable stay.  This is without a doubt one of the cosiest places I have ever seen and we will surely be coming back her sometime soon.  Linda and Gary are marvellous hosts.  They have been helpful and generous. The Honesty Shop has pretty much everything one needs.  

We had a lovely time, and the pizzas were delicious.  We hope to come back.  The beds were extremely comfortable and cosy.  We loved toasting marshmallows on our log fire.  We had a fun day on the Seaton Tram and an interesting day at Beer Caves.  Thank you so much to Linda & Gary for a fabulous mini break.  We hope to come back and may even bring Toffee the dog.  Thank you.  

We very much enjoyed our stay.  The tent was cosy and spacious and the views were great.  Got very lucky with the weather too.  The tent had just the right combination of ‘back to basics’ V ‘luxuries’ and we very impressed with the fantastic showers.  Thank you for a great stay.

Thank you so much for an amazing holiday, we have had the best holiday ever and we have taken back so many memories.  This holiday has given us the break we all needed in such a strange time, thanks to covid-19.  We have been so relaxed and warm.  We loved meeting the animals and eating your homemade pizza.  The kids loved paddle boarding and mackerel fishing with late nights on the beach.  It’s been the best holiday even minus the sunburn and we hope to come again.  

We have had an amazing stay,  Gary & Linda are perfect hosts and Stag cabin was wonderful.  Look forward to returning again, many thanks.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!  Our first time Glamping and I am not sure we’ll go back to camping!  We have some lovely memories to take home with us – much needed in this bizarre covid time.  A highlight for us was paddle boarding in Seaton and of course we loved the pizza night here too!  Wishing you every success in the future.  

Again another fabulous magic staycation.  A wonderful relief and family ‘reunion’ after the weeks of ‘lockdowns’.  Same time as last year though Devonian weather was being typically changeable.  Thank you – hopefully we will make our 3^rd stay next year.  With fondest regards to Linda and Gary.

Wow! Lower Keats Glamping hasn’t disappointed!!! Everything as described & shown on your website. Children throuughly enjoyed it and haven’t even mentioned or missed Wi-Fi!! Clearly lots of thought & energy had gone into creating a wonderful, peaceful place. The personal touches within the lodges are fantastic and the luxury element stands out. The location is fantastic for exploring beautiful parts of Devon & Dorset. Linda & Gary, you should be proud of the beautiful place you have created. We would love to come and visit again?  P.s. I loved the cosy beds and feeding the chickens, checking the eggs, feeding the lambs, brushing the pigs and feeding the calfs. I don’t think I have ever had a day like this when I was camping or glamping with my friends or family.

We’ve just stayed 3 nights in the complete comfort of ‘Pheasant’. Linda & Gary have thought of absolutely everything to make a stay here highly enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming for both ‘humans’ and ‘dogs’! joking aside we have never been anywhere that us and the dog together have enjoyed so much. The shop meals are delicious, I recommend the ‘Aubergine, pea and potato curry’. We were kindly reminded of the animal feeding times each day. Luxury glamping at its finest! If there was a 6^th star this place would have it for sure!

Thank you for the very warm welcome (and great cake?) even though the weather has not been the best we have loved staying in our cosy lodge. Belle has especially enjoyed sleeping in her cupboard and feeding the animals. Was a highlight of the white ducks especially. Belle has found it peaceful and therapeutic to be somewhere so calm and welcoming, and relaxing. You have thought of everything and we look forward to returning in drier and warmer times. Gary & Linda.  A wonderful second time in Pheasant!!  Everything was perfect – from the scones, to the tent, to the food, to the animal feeding.  You do a wonderful job of hosting and it makes a real difference.  We enjoyed hikes, the River Cottage Festival and the WW2 Museum in Weymouth (in the rain)!  Glorious to be out and about but the retire to a campfire and good company.  Max & Noah loved playing crazy cricket and football with all the other children.  Thank you very much!

Dear Linda & Gary,  Many thanks for hosting such a lovely glamping spot.  The tents are extremely comfortable and the showers are amazing!!  The children loved the cupboard bed and feeding the animals.  A truly lovely start to our Devon holiday!  The honesty shop works very well and we really liked having the space for the kids to run around safely.

Dear Linda & Gary,  From the minute we arrived from the minute we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lower Keats.  The safari tents are amazing, comfortable and have everything you could need.  The shower room and flushable toilet were a massive bonus.  We spend most of our time outside bbqing and enjoying the beautiful views.  We will be back!  Linda & Gary are great hosts too!

Everything you could want from a Glamping holiday and more!!  We had a wonderful four days here in Pheasant.  Warm comfy with absolutely everything we needed.  Our group of five tents enjoyed the experience  – even with the rain!!!  Great, convenient shop.  The kids loved feeding the animals and running ‘wild’ in the field. Fun, fun, fun!!  Thanks for a really great stay, we will be back!!

Calvin and Wyatt say ‘thank you!’  They loved the cosy heart bed and feeding/petting the animals, especially the friendly calf.  The tent was so cosy (despite some rain and wind) – we were all very comfortable, the kitchen was all we needed and we loved all the fresh steak, eggs and delicious local ice cream.  You were so welcoming and helpful – thank you!   We will miss the pretty view. ?

A very wet and rainy Easter 2018 in a Safari Lodge ….. we had a great time, the burner was enough heat and the hot shower and en-suite toilet certainly took the edge off the cold wet weather.  We did have enough dry weather to get out for a very muddy walk (which was great fun), and toast marshmallows on the open outdoor fire.  Thank you for thinking of everything.

Excellent with a capital ‘E’.  Linda & Gary our sty have only been three nights but we have enjoyed every minute.  The place is great, the tent fantastic, the only thing missing is the watering hole, elephants and zebras.  What a safari!

Thank you Linda & Gary, we have had a magical time here at your wonderful farm.  Your hospitality has been fantastic and has helped us really enjoy our holiday.  We love your safari tents ….. it has certainly changed our minds to the possibilities of ‘camping’.  Would love to come again …… Soon!

We had an amazing time! Lovely experience nicely set up with good amenities. Little more access to power would help but again it’s meant to be camping 🙂 But all in all we had a fantastic time.

We loved the fact that we were your first guests and got to use all the amenities in their pristine and virgin state. Everyone loved the idea of the box bed and fought to sleep in it ? It was adventurous to be going back to basics with candles to provide light in the dark. Our first glamping experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend it highly.

We have had wonderful stay here with beautiful weather and cold nights.  The tent has everything you need, so, no need to bring your home with you.  This is our first time here, but would certainly recommend it for a getaway.  Great hospitality!!! Very open for a casual chat and there to help.

Recommendations: seafood/fish/lobster: Wet fish shop (Lyme Regis).  Durdle Door/Charmouth etc.  Too many to list.  Thanks for having us!

Our second stay at Lower Keats (previously 2018) and it didn’t disappoint.  A lovely, stress free breaking during these very strange covid-19 times.  We couldn’t have felt safer, thank you.  Spent most of our week at Charmouth, even the dog friendly section is very family friendly – one girl happy fossil hunting and the in the sea, and a happy doggie too!  Lyme Regis fabulous as always, Powerham Castle a lovely dog friendly day out!  Children have loved the freedom and the space, we’ve had the best time.  Many tears at having to leave.  We will be back again!!

We couldn’t have had a better 4 days here – a huge thankyou to you both.  We loved the tent – especially the kids sharing the cabin bed.  Seaton Wetlands was perfect for a 6 & 1 year old.  Wildwood Escot did its job, Beer beach and then Exmouth for sand.  The campsite was absolutely  perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing about it.  Full marks including seeing an otter on the ploughed field nearby! 

Dear Gary & Linda.  We’ve had another great weekend at Lower Keats Farm, this time with the other half of our family who enjoyed it just as much.  We were blessed with glorious weather which made this view even more spectacular.  Wonderful weekend forgot about everything going on in the world at the moment and you have done a great job to adapt to all the changes required as a result of the pandemic – felt safe but also didn’t impact on our enjoyment of the weekend.  See you next year.

Thankyou for a wonderful weekend in delightful Devon. Golden Cap lodge was so much more than just a big tent, luxurious yet cosy and a the same time with stunning views. We’ve really enjoyed exploring the area. Toby loved the train ride to Seaton and swimming in the seat at Beer was amazing. Thank you so much for everything, it really felt like coming home after our days at the beach. Feeding the animals was also a real treat and the fresh croissants were delicious. We will miss the peace and quiet (and amazing showers). Really hope we can come back very soon.

We’ve had a wonderful week of glamping on Lower Keats Farm. Every detail was thought of to make our stay as comfortable and indulgent as possible. You’ve both been so friendly and welcoming, the weather has been great and we’ve loved spending time in this part of Devon. For us an unexplored area but we’d love to return. Sad to leave, especially after making friends with the lovely farm animals. Feeding them was a highlight. Thankyou!

From the warm welcome to our last morning we have had a lovely holiday, thank you both.  The ‘tent’ is amazing and so well thought out, loved the shower and the woodstove.  Views are superb and the weather even played ball.  We visited Lyme Regis and Axmouth and chilled on the beach.  Also went to Charmouth and looked for treasure and had a great time walking the beaches.  Spent lots in the great honesty shop, but hard to resist such great food and drink!!  Looking forward to the new event shelter which you are building – Great idea for getting together and Buster got to see his first tractor and digger too!  🙂 He guarded the field like is own!  I love the jars full of hot chocolate, coffee, and sugars, really sweet touches, made us feel very welcome.

Thank you for an amazing stay at this lovely location, as well as for organising the Easter Egg hunt and the feeding of the animals.  We all enjoyed this East break in such a lovely location.  

Thank you, you were all stars!  We had a lovely time and of course our dog Flo did too.  I had a lovely time feeding the animals and all the beds felt like you were sleeping on air.  I had a great time playing all the games you had especially Mouse Trap which took some time to build, but it was worth it in the end.  The best bit of all was when the evening came and me, mum and dad got to happily sit on your ever so comfy sofa and watch some films.  We will certainly recommend this place to family and friends.

It’s a massive thumbs up from Team Ryan and Muddy Devon!  We’re those people who always like the idea of camping more than the reality of doing it,  so thank god this concept exists – and so brilliantly done, too.  I don’t think I’d ever tire of that view, we loved how super-chilled the whole thing was and, as I write, I can hear Erin’s squeals of delight carrying on the wind as she feed the animals.  (GREAT coffee too! ) –  Thanks so much.

This was our first glamping experience and we were not disappointed!  The accommodation is lovely, every little thing has been thought of!  The beds are very comfortable and we all loved the shower with the amazing water pressure.  Thank you for having us and making our stay so special!  Hope to see you again!

What a great start to glamping – we had 16 in 3 tents (hotel rooms) including 6 grandchildren and we have had a ball!!!  Cooking by campfire every evening, old fashioned conversation and plenty of merriment.  Perfect!!!  Thank you very much – we will be back.

The most comfortable glamping – ever!  Best glamping place ever!  It was so comfortable and beautiful!  I really liked my bed, it was really comfortable,  I also loved feeding the animals and the food was delicious!  Great hosts, delicious fresh produce!  I loved the fresh food every morning and I also loved the comfortable beds.  The most wonderful time imaginable, the food, the accommodation and the fun – just perfect!  The cupboard bed was fun to sleep in and the rooms were positively divine.  I am sad to leave and happy I stayed

Dear Linda & Gary,  Thank you for an amazing weekend!  The whole experience was fantastic – you have considered every little detail.  Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds & hot showers.  Glamping at its best!  Things we did:   Bought bacon and sausages from the larder for brekki to go with the delicious sourdough ordered from the baker; day in Lyme Regis … lovely walk along the beach and fish n chips at ‘The Fisherman’s Wife’; bbq’d on the firepit and toasted marshmallows; day trip to Beer … a pretty town by the seaside; mainly sat on the deck with copious amounts of tea, red wine watching over that lovely view!
